You create an account by verifying your phone number via SMS. You are responsible for maintaining access to the phone number associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice.

Pulse is an AI-powered task management application. The Service provides tools including task capture, AI-powered task parsing and organization, focus mode, project management, and behavioral pattern learning. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.
AI features (brain dump parsing, task decomposition, focus suggestions, project grouping) are powered by third-party AI services and are intended as helpful suggestions, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated content.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in the Service, including tasks, projects, notes, and brain dump text ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are responsible for Your Content. You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and AI models (excluding Your Content), is owned by Pulse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Pulse is a productivity tool, not a medical device or therapeutic service. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD, autism, or any other condition. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or unhelpful and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
